The Scottish Senior Indoor Championships has been a rich hunting ground for BAAC members in the past with several champions and countless personal bests being taken from the boards of Glasgow.
This past weekend was no exception, Dean Adams in the men's 60m (6.95s) and Christine McMahon in the women's 400m (56.64s) both struck GOLD! The third of the trio, John Houston in the men's 400m ran a 50.36 to qualify for the final eventually finishing in 5th place.
Although these times wouldn't set the world on fire it shows great consistency in this years compact indoor season and highlights the competitive strength of the senior sprint squad. Well done guys on grabbing a handful of medals over the past few weeks. Keep up the great work, we are all excited about things to come this summer!
