Formed in 1955, Ballymena & Antrim AC has consistently been one of the top Track & Field clubs in the country.

The club is based at the Antrim Forum International Athletics Stadium, although many training sessions during the week use facilities from throughout County Antrim and Northern Ireland.

With members from age 8 to 80 taking advantage of some of the best coaching available, ranging from FUNdamentals developed specifically to teach basic athletic movements and co-ordination to the pre-teens, through to international standard sprinters, jumpers, throwers and middle distance athletes.

Competition is available in the form of sportshall athletics for juniors; indoor and cross country meetings in the winter; and outdoor track & field competition in the summer.

Anyone wishing to join should come along to any of the club training sessions, or contact us for further details.
