Good performances from Ballymena & Antrim athletes at the Queens 5K run over nearly 3 laps of the Laganside circuit. Cold and blustery conditions countered the fast & flat course, but the pace at the front was still hot.

Eddie King was competitive throughout, closing in on a podium position towards the line, eventually crossing in 5th place after 15min 34sec. But it was Matt Wray who collected the prize after the race thanks to a strong run to 23rd place and 3rd V40. Ian Barrett completed the club line-up in 43rd.
