Maeve Kyle OBE

Maeve Kyle has been honoured in the Queen's New Year's honours with an OBE for sevices to athletics. Maeve's life-long dedication to the sport, includes 3 Olympic Games appearances as well as founding this club and building the strong training and excellence ethos that we hold today.

Congratulations Maeve from all at Ballymena & Antrim AC.

Jarleth Falls was pipped for victory in the final 200m of the Rhiada 5 mile race. Falls led home the BAAC contingent, 2 minutes ahead of Ian Barrett, who just managed to hold onto a 15 second advantage over Matt Wray.
